3. Order and procedures for converting business households into private enterprises

Step 1: There are 2 ways to apply, specifically:

– Option 1: Submit application directly at the one-stop department at the Business Registration Office of the Department of Planning and Investment where the enterprise’s head office is located.

– Option 2: Register online at the National Business Registration Portal (https://dangkytinhdoanh.gov.vn) with a public digital signature or use a business registration account (for the City) Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City must register online).

Step 2: The Business Registration Office checks the validity of the application and processes it. After 3 working days, if the correct and complete documents are received, the results will be available.

Step 3: Enterprise Disclosure of business information after conversion. And Publish the converted enterprise seal sample on the national business registration portal.

4. Term

Within 3 working days from the date of receipt of a valid application, the Business Registration Office will issue a business registration certificate to the business household that wants to convert.

Within 02 working days from the date of issuance of the business registration certificate, the business registration office shall send a copy of the business registration certificate and the original of the business household registration certificate to the business registration authority. district level where the business household is headquartered to terminate the household business operation.
