Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, for companies with listed shares, must meet strict conditions of the Law on Enterprises and regulations of the Securities Commission.

Khoa Tin has sent a representative to represent a group of major shareholders to explain to the Securities Commission and relevant state agencies, making a careful preparation process. On the day of the congress, Khoa Tin sent 11 personnel to participate.
